Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of items recieved. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

All items marked "sale" or "clearance" are not refundable.

Any refundable items that were shipped with Free Shipping will incur a fee deducted from the item before a refund. If we shipped your item for free, and you return it, we will deduct the shipping fee from the total cost of purchased item. 

Please make sure that the item returned is packaged by a professional, if received packaged is damage or damaged item will result in refusal of refund or charge you a restock fee.

Complete bicycles, frames, frame sets, gift cards,special order and clearance items are non-refundable.

Warranty:

All bikes purchased through Fix Fixie will require assembly from a certified bicycle mechanic, all bikes that is built without proof of receipt from a bicycle mechanic will void warranty. 

For warranty claims please contact dat@fixfixie.com, with the information below:

1. Order Number

2. A description of the claim

3. Serial number if item is bike or frame

4. photos of claim 

5. Proof of assembly receipt from certified bicycle shop

All warranty will be voided under the conditions listed below :

Any part of a product that has been installed, altered, repaired, or misused
Damage from unintended style of riding, abuse, neglect, accident, and racing
Normal wear and tear of any product (including but not limited to - saddles, grips, tires, tubes, cables, brake pads, chains)
Failure to provide regular maintenance of any product

Shipping and Labor cost is responsible by customer, we will not cover parts or any labor charges from any other bicycle shop.
